Thank you for the hashtag, I went back and read it all and I love the reviews. I'm glad he likes the show!! I also realized I'm definitely not fluent in Teen English 😅

"Nothing's gonna stop us now" by Starship came up and I'm feeling nostalgic for piña coladas. And now I realize it was actually 4 whole years (and multiple lifetimes) ago. Damn.

I finished my Our Flag Means Death animatic! I wanted to really lean in to making a very romantic song and dance, something I don't get to do often professionally. I hope you'll enjoy it! Help me get the word out! #OFMD #storyboard youtu.be/mz_jr64MDDM?...

#VinceGilligan created the role of a lifetime for me in Mr Diabaté. A dream to not only play the first Mauritanian character on an American TV show, but also to be given such a fun, complex, nuanced person to portray (and make likable!) in a show I truly love❤️🙏🏾 #pluribus #fyc

I love the kisses in OFMD. But I remembered David Jenkins talking about the You wear fine things well scene, and "and that's a kiss" stuck in my head and needed to get out. It's a bit wonky and a bit wrinkled but here are a few that's a kisses

An embroidered collection of tiny "that's a kiss"s from Our Flag Means Death around embroidered I love you. I love you. I know I know that. With some twine (I panicked).

I LITERALLY JUST SCREAMED WHILE WATCHING POP CULTURE JEOPARDY.

Even if Blackbeard really did hijack a wedding ship, he likely didn’t steal the bride and groom cake toppers as he did on this show.

Ed dreams about the gravy basket sometimes. About the quiet as the pressure fades, between feeling the rope fall from his waist and seeing Stede emerge from the light. About shimmering scales and soft waves. He dreams about truly breathing for the first time. #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath #ofmdMerMay

Drawing of Stede from Our Flag Means Death. He's a merman. He has a gold tail and light purple and white fins. He's swimming upward, holding his trident. His head is turned toward the surface with his eyes closed.

I finally got back this bowl I painted on a few months ago, inspired by the depression robe pattern, and I quite like it

A ceramic bowl that has a basic painting on it of a bird sitting on a branch with a red background

Painterly studies of Stede Bonnet, from Our Flag Means Death, it's mostly floating heads and busts on a white background.

Okie dokie a 🧵 about Rhys Darby’s show while I head home on Metra at 11pm. This was my first time seeing Rhys in person. I went by myself and I managed to sit in the front row, and I’m very happy for me 🔥 I’m rather reserved with my reactions when I watch stuff, rarely a real laugh out loud…

Digital drawing of a very young Ed teach, waist up portrait, he is holding a ships rope in one hand and staring out towards the horizon with a slightly haunted expression. His hair in half pulled back and is moving with the wind, and he has the beginnings of scruff on his face. He’s earring a purple vest and a lose black shirt with the right sleeve torn off, a should belt with an octopus buckle, and black fingerless gloves
