The reason it sometimes takes me so long to do a video and I switch ideas is because I do it all myself. Write it. Edit it. Research it. I do get help from HUMAN people on the journey but I enjoy the process overall and it’s also why we should remember to be mindful about how we reward “slop”

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I have edited a lot of sexual-assault-accusation articles, and this one easily clears every veracity check: contemporaneous emails with her therapist, a boyfriend who knew, a woman she warned—all before Platner ran for office. Good on Politico for nailing it, and on Jenny Racicot for speaking up.
