Fun fact: All of the tariffs Trump is imposing are ILLEGAL. Presidents cannot unilaterally apply tariffs except during a national emergency, which has not been declared, merely mentioned/fabricated.

Yesterday I learned that Bowie's "Life On Mars?" was a byproduct of his assignment, as a young songwriter, to translate the French lyrics into English for what would become "My Way". The label liked Paul Anka's version better, and Bowie wrote "Life on Mars?" as his own uniquely personal take on it.
