On Sunday, the UK government will send an emergency alert test to every mobile and tablet that's 4G and 5G compatible. The test will set off a loud siren-like alert for roughly 10 seconds, even if your device is on silent or do not disturb. To make sure your device stays silent, follow this guide ⬇️

THE HALF MAN (kindle or paperback) "a gloriously OTT occult comedy-thriller that has echoes of films like 'The Old Dark House'. Bloody entertaining fun." "Great fun - a mix of Dennis Wheatley and Sam Raimi" "it’s an absolute ‘blast’!" www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1718632932

We are not always alert to our stress levels. If we reflect on our behaviours we may observe signals that give a measure of them. For example, I recognise I have, of late, been rude to my cat.
