Randy Tayler @randytayler.com · 28/08/2026I know BMI is a poor metric, but today I weighed in at merely "overweight," which is finally down from "obese," where I've been for a decade. 🏆🕺 On my own I lost 35 lbs total in the last 18 months, while I lost just 20 lbs while on GLP-1. VERDICT: GLP-1 is way too expensive for the results I got. 030
