Human error can be a factor but having a waiting area next to a driving area is not random. Having huge cars that accelerate quickly is not random. At a hospital, fortunately, where they were able to pump her full of other people's blood while they did surgery to stop the hemorrhaging, revived her, and she's ok now except for some nerve damage where the IV was pushing so much fluid. She was very, very lucky. 060
