Last intervals session before Tokyo in 12 days time and 5x4 minutes at threshold pace with 20 minutes easy and strides to warm up. Probably my best session yet as pace quicker than previous sessions but average hr and rpe lower hoping that’s a good sign #running #halfmarathontraining #polarrunning

It's been a long day as I had an early morning meeting ("early" is relative here though).I had some energy left and went out for a run in early evening. Ran 10.7 km along a neighborhood creek. Although it was a super easy run, I felt good and strong throughout. #running

Wahey, first session in new shoes and it went down like a charm. Paces were easy to hit, I could even slow it down a tiny bit. Don't mind. A friend helped me (by an accident) to give them a better nickname than just "Orange" - now they're "Saros" 😁 Will remember that game. #running #pigtailpower
