The amounts of money and time wasted on services, programs, and technologies that do nothing to help students learn and that steal resources & time from Ts is astounding. And the easy, cheap answer - school libraries - is completely underappreciated. We have the data! SLs improve EVERYTHING.

My favourite is the partner who: 1. Doesn't want to spend their day off there. 2. Doesn't want to be asked their opinion on a VALARNA or a NAVCKE. 3. Despite themselves, finds they have very strong views on said options. Seeing them deal with the cognitive dissonance is delightful
