Leaf blowers do literally nothing of value because a lot of people are using them wrong. They are used like an oversized hairdryer. Wouldn't it be more of use to suck the leaves & small debris up instead of pelting it everywhere?

I am quite time-blind myself. My sense of time is barely there and I will be fricked without my mobile phone and me checking regularly to see what time, weekday and date we have currently. But that's a "me" issue. It's my responsibility to make sure to inform the people I agreed to meet if I'm late

Die HV hat die Verwaltung von einer anderen HV übernommen. Unser Mietvertrag wurde damals mit der Gewobag geschlossen als die des Gebäude noch in Verwaltung hatten. Dh Mietvertrag und Co haben wir in korrekter Ausführung (zum Glück)

Das tun bereits Leute. Wir zahlen unsere Miete unter Vorbehalt. Die HV reagiert trotzdem nicht. Weder auf die Aufforderung zur Klärung/Einsicht der Mietzusammenstellung (wie sie auf die Mondmieten kommen), noch auf Rückfragen auf von ihnen getätigten/gesendeten Mails.

when my masc lesbian aunt died, women just kept coming, screaming, crying, and saying they were her wives. Eventually we just had to start telling them to join the others. They were all devastated to learn about each other. Except for one who came in, kissed her dead mouth and showed us all that they had matching tattoos. She actually won all the mourning wives over and they all agreed she was the wife. It was so weird.

Did not expect more than a few people to see this but yes it really happened, yes it was insane
