Judith and the Head of Holofernes Gustav Klimt, 1901

Judith as a Viennese society beauty. The work is framed in beautiful gold with the title of the work in Deco lettering at the top. Judith's expression is big O happy. She's got a head of dark curls and a strong nose. Her eyes are mostly closed and her red lips are parted, showing some gleaming white teeth. The work is very Klimt, with lots of gold, shapes of trees and maybe peacock feathers, a gold choker at her throat — which cuts off her own head, leaving it to float amid the stylized gold shapes. If you aren't looking hard, you might miss Holofernes. Dude is in the lower right and only halfway in the frame. Dull and devoid of color. All the light and the beauty and the radiance in this image is our sanguine Judith.

Under his leadership, Texas will fully ban Sharia law.

Gina Hinojosa supports open border policies that let tens of thousands of radical Islamists into Texas every year and she has opposed all efforts to crack down on illegal Sharia compounds.

We cannot have her radical socialist policies wrecking our state. Texas cannot afford Gina Hinojosa.
