The only mistake I think Amnesty made, which I've seen other allies and orgs make as well, is underestimating the level of hatred and organization of the anti trans side. I’m usually pretty resilient. Working in my line of work, we have to be. But sometimes, a couple things hit just right and I get so mad. Just so fucking mad at having to constantly skate uphill. I’m not giving up, but I have to keep fighting the same goddamn fights over and over and I’m just tired.

In therapy I'm doing parts work and it's changed my life so much. Today, I worked on digital collages in Canva, honoring different parts. It got me into a flow creative state, and now I'm going to draft one of my solid ideas for a story. I'm REALLY excited by this development!
