I started practicing this a few years ago and it vastly improved my life. I try to come from a place of curiosity instead of snap judgment, because I know that "snap" is my biases at work. I'm not perfect, but I cannot recommend this enough.

It’s good and I have severe brain fog. I will read a book and I can love reading it, and completely forget major plot points a few weeks to months later. This book is short stories with threads of connection between them, and it’s fun to put them together.
