Had some lamb chops to use up, did them in a lemon and marjoram marinade before going a tad overboard on the extras. Corn salad, chilli jam, black beans, flatbread, guac charred spinach and cheese. Now I am very full and my kitchen smells amazing and I’m trying not to look at the dishes.
