Oh for sure. Aside from the HD Zeldas, Xenoblade X, and Splatoon (couple others too) I really wondered why I bothered. And then Breath of the Wild came out and did more to sell me a Switch than it did justify my Wii U purchase.

This line of thinking is exactly why I didn’t get a Wii U until Splatoon came out. I had a 3DS that had all the same kinds of Nintendo games (+more Zelda 😊) and completely ludicrous third party support to boot. Why was I gonna buy a Wii U for like 8 of the same game I already had on 3DS but in HD?
