The Ranking House Judiciary member already has (time zone is ET +6).
Rep. Jamie Raskin

@RepRaskin
Who Hatched this plan? Every other sitting U.S. Attorney General followed the Hatch Act and stayed away from political campaign rallies. But the handful of Americans tuning into tonight’s GOP midterm convention will be treated to the spectacle of Todd Blanche turning his office and the Department of Justice into partisan campaign props by becoming the first U.S. Attorney General in history to address a political party convention.

On some level, I think a lot of Dems just aren't willing to say flat out that Trump and Trumpism have failed in a very profound way. Dems have internalized the idea that this is too much for voters to hear. That's the source of a lot of problems. It's needlessly self-constraining.

企The Democratic Party is so short on cash that
leaders at its headquarters have undertaken a new gambit to mask the severity of the problems: asking vendors not to send bills until after the midterm elections.
The bookkeeping maneuver, which was described by three people briefed on it, is the latest sign of financial duress for the Democratic National Committee and its embattled leader as money troubles threaten to undercut Democratic momentum with 100 days until the midterms.
So much is going politically right for Democrats these days. President Trump's approval is down, gas prices are up and an unpopular war with Iran drags on. But dysfunction and debt inside one of the party's key institutions - which is getting crushed in fund-raising by its Republican counterpart - are creating rising anxiety for top Democrats.

Ha ha I hate it here
From the New York Times:

It is a chaotic scene on the National Mall.
Several hundred people have refused to leave despite an order to evacuate because of severe inclement weather that is approaching. Some are even arguing with Secret Service agents. At one point, a crowd of people began running back toward the stage. An officer is sternly repeating the order over a bullhorn and the crowd is booing. Many have begun chanting "U.S.A., U.S.A." A federal law enforcement officer is trying to assure people that the event has not been canceled. Many are not convinced.
One man walking by blamed the situation on "liberals in the weather service," adding,
"I think this is baloney."
