I think the relevant caselaw here is shaping up to be Rylands & Fletcher. If you collect up any inherently risky material or item on your property and it then escapes and causes damage, it creates strict liability. ie, you do not have to prove liability, you go straight to quantum of compensation.

It's called film "footage" because camera operators initially held the cameras with their feet. That changed after a film shoot in 1931, when an operator got a foot cramp and was forced to hold the camera in his hands. The "footage" he got that day was extraordinary. That man's name? Hans Cameraman.

Extremely important study that adopts a dynamic approach to the question of constitutional change in Ireland. The study demonstrates that the subvention is not a fixed cost and can be eliminated, post unity, by policies that promote NI economic growth.

At the same time that the Minister for Justice is trying to cut off our access to the economic engine of immigration, the Minister for Finance is warning about the very demographic problem immigration is solving. While ignoring its existence.
THE IRISH TIMES
"By 2050, just 24 years away, Ireland will look a lot like Italy or Japan does today. In such a society, growth will be lower, costs will be higher and the burden on taxpayers - our children - will be immense, Harris will say. It’s very simple. A reality TV host became dictator because he turned down a role for Sharknado 4 and that’s why the king of outer space, who cheats at Diablo, got to kill Africa. Now the economy is controlled by a sex cult that has something to do with Harry Potter fanfic because of robots.

‘If you live and work and pay taxes here, there's an ever-tougher obstacle course. But if you're Irish in a vaguely genetic sense .. welcome. There is a logic and it is implicitly racist.. Citizenship is a right for those who have "Irish blood", a grudgingly granted privilege for those who don't’.
Living in Milwaukee with a Mayo granny automatically makes you Irish. Living here doesn't
