I find em-dashes suspicious because there is nothing holding them up. They should drop down into ＿ or maybe flop to one side of the other into / or \. Punctuation should not levitate, it is simply witchcraft.

France limits donations to €7.5k per year, and only for resident persons (no companies, no non-residents). This is across all parties and includes memberships. Out of this, max €150 in cash. Maybe we should get inspired…
