Watch the video. His first reaction is to turn and look. Only then does he come back to his desk and stand in this odd way. I think Trump is evil, and he probably doesn't care. BUT, I was once a philologist, so I don't take an isolated bit of data at face value, out of its context.

Trump is mentally and emotionally abnormal. He cannot accept that he failed, or that people think he did, because he's emotionally walled himself up against that. When faced with that, he simply cannot deal with it, gets mad, and becomes unhinged.
