Not doing so well with my usual October horror movie marathon this year. Only seen these so far, I have some serious catching up to do 😂 Of the two I had much more fun with Offerings. No denying the Halloween similarities but it had its own merits too 🎃

Only 10 days away from the release of Suffer Their Going from Silver Thistle Press. A story inspired by a nightmare, that became a short story, that was produced as an audio drama, and will soon be a published novella. I can't wait for readers to meet Eleanor Browne.
The cover of Suffer Their Going by Dark-Designs. It shows a ghostly woman with dark hair gliding past a wall with ornate wallpaper. Blood drips down the wall and there is a bloody hand print. Above the book cover is text that reads A Dead Husband. A Ruined Home. A Mind in Pieces. At the book of the cover is 21.10.26 and to the side is the Silver Thistle Press logo of a thistle and their name.

If you're looking for some weird horror this spooky season, you have to check out "Rose." It's the Kafkaesque fantasy-horror story of a young woman turned into a plant/human hybrid (and that's just the start of her problems). Strange, thrilling, and full of Japanese mythology. You'll love it.

100% Poe. He was my main inspiration for starting to write horror. Before that, I was all-fantasy all the time, but Poe’s stories awoke my dark side. 😂 I also think our shared propensity for romantic longing would allow us to mesh well. #HorrorWritersChat
