It was hard, especially as a survivor, but I dug through the court documents and the right-wing reaction to the Cornell case. What I've learned is the backlash to #MeToo did its job, reinscribing hatred of survivors. We need more #MeToo, not less. www.salon.com/2026/10/02/c...

I've been a reporter for a long time and this might be the strangest thing I've ever done. We've been reporting on privatization of schools this year and found that just about anyone can open a private school in most states. So we asked, Could reporters do it?

I just read a third or possibly fourth news article where the reality of an 'AI has discovered something marvellous!' story turns out to be GenAI somehow accessed material it had no permissions for, which was the outcome of an expert's years of work, and presented it without attribution. TOP 10 Reasons Why Early Vote is eeeeeextra strategic this year: From @movementvoter.bsky.social cdp5.tracking.e360.salesforce.com/click?jwt=ey...
TOP 10 Reasons Why Early Vote is eeeeeextra strategic this year:
Prevent federal intervention in state elections.
Protect vulnerable community members from election day shenanigans.
Bank your votes early.
Turn voters into volunteers with "vote tripling."
Turn voting into a collective experience of joyful defiance.
Create a pro-voting vibe with "I Voted Early" stickers and momentum online.
Frankly, money sucks this cycle!! Inviting your base to Vote Early is an easy way to mobilize a lot of people cheaply.
It's a great "pressure test" of your base to mobilize against election interference by the Trump administration.
Creates a spectacle of collective joyful defiance to motivate others.
It just might be more fun than regular voting.
