Worth remembering that in the first weeks of her campaign, Harris has already received nearly $100mn more in big money donations than Trump. She beat him handily in small money donations, too, but there is no serious case to be made in terms of being less of an oligarchy under Democrats.

We love this post. It's not necessarily wrong, but at the same time it elides a deeper-rooted problem: widespread alienation. Without any meaningful connection to power, of course people aren't interested. We really like the way some posts put a lens up to their ideological commitments like this.
