This is incredibly tragic. I had the pleasure of speaking at an MIT Libraries event last month and got to see the good work the do and the community they support. For a university of this caliber to shutter this many of its libraries--this is truly a travesty.

Looking for a new author to try? Here's everything you need to know about KJ Charles, whose books include The Secret Lives of Country Gentlemen, Copper Script, and the Will Darling Adventures. What She Writes: Queer historical fiction, primarily M/M, mostly Regency and Victorian, with a smattering of books set in other time periods or in alternative versions of those time periods (i.e.: Victorian, but with magic). Many of her books feature suspense or mystery plots. She’s written a good mix of novels and novellas, as well as standalones and series, so you have plenty of options when you’re deciding how much time you want to commit.
