I did not expect to beat MGS2 this morning, but it turns out about an hour of cutscenes pairs pretty well with a cup of coffee. Spectacular experience. As soon as the game began to interrogate Raiden as a character I leaned WAY in. Super heady, super strange, super ahead of its time. On to MGS3!

Her reporting has shown how users begin with low-stakes queries, such as what to cook for dinner or what to wear, and gradually escalate to consequential decisions about careers, finances, and relationships. The trajectory from convenience to reliance is difficult to reverse once established.

The new Star Fox is unquestionably the best game in the series. Great remake of 64, but the MULTIPLAYER! PvPvE arenas where opposing teams have objectives to complete for major points, while downing enemy players can also rack up your score. So fun. Here’s hoping positive sales lead to a sequel 🦊

Our stance on all AI generated content (Images, Video, Voiceovers, and whatever else LLM based AI gets up to in the future):

At best, they are approximations of street fighter characters as the AI has no clue what it is trying to create. Because of this, there is no street fighter content so they are not allowed. (rule 1)

Also, they aren't allowed per our source rule. As AI sources cannot be tracked, we must assume that they use uncredited sources in the learning data. (rule 5)

Finally, AI images, video, text, and voiceovers are barely any different than posting a screenshot of a google search. The level of effort is so low that we consider it spam (rule 3).

Because of these reasons, AI art and other AI content is not allowed.

The value proposition of working at an AAA studio was that you were trading independence and agency for stability, and that if the game did well, you would keep your job, and if the game did badly, you might lose it.
