My cat died last week. He wasn’t even one year old, and it really hit me hard. Then, over the weekend, I saw that an extremely talented tattoo artist I know had some availability… and it gave me the chance to commemorate Pounce, along with all the cats I’ve lost in my life. Hug your pets please ❤️

One time we got a letter that must have been sent to the wrong place and it was addressed to a ‘Mrs Melville’, so on a whim I held it out to my dog Polly and said “Oh this one must be for you”… that was over 2 years ago and now we just refer to her as Mrs Melville all the time.

Every time I see layoffs in this industry it surprises me. I don’t know why at this point, because there have been so fucking many. I think it’s a mixture of hoping for better and shock at the sheer volume of amazing talent that’s being taken for granted. Let’s look out for each other, gamedevs x
