Wasn't the full epiphany at the end: 1. All the time, she was running away from me 2. It was justified ? I might've projected the second part onto that ending. That's how I read it at the time, but in the meantime I've seen several of his streams and I wouldn't exactly call him humble.

I was actually writing a follow-up to say that it might be a win in the long run. It shouldn't matter that it for sure wasn't the plan. Would Trump attack Iran if Oct7 hadn't happened? Would he even have won in 2024? 50:50 what if what if what if... The "what ifs" that mattered happened in the 90s.
