It blows my mind that a 32" TV was $550 about 20 years ago, and now they can be had for less than $100 with tons more features and higher resolution even in this economy. 50" TVs were well over $1k back then and now you can get them for roughly $300.

We did not deserve Dolly Parton. One of the few celebs who truly had been as good as she'd seemed. She had a profound impact on countless kids, including our youngest daughter. There may never again be someone who had such reach, do so much good with the power they'd had. Forever our Miss Dolly.

Mortal Kombat II was the first movie I've seen in theaters since 2023 and it was a fantastic popcorn flick. Definitely made for fans of the games. Solid 8/10 from me. Fight choreography was great. Basically an improvement over the 2021 reboot in every way.

Mania Night 2 much better than Night 1, and I largely was fine w/ Night 1; bigger feel, better matches, the works. Excellent main event even if I was slightly sour at the outcome. However, this opens the door for the annointing of a new star if they play their cards right w/ the expected challenger

Like many fans, I will always have some criticisms of wrestling booking. And while this doesn't excuse bad decisions, they can easily be explained by how difficult it is to book wrestling in general. Hell, I can barely maintain a WWE 2K video game Universe mode beyond two months. Shit's hard, man.
