This MO Sup Ct opinion is a big deal. Completely invalidates all of the congressional primaries, undoes the mid-decade map, and puts the blame squarely (and unanimously) on SOS Hoskins. (Per state law, the parties will probably just pick the primary winners to be on the general election ballot.)
