Bit late to the party, but damn Colin From Accounts is so good. Easily one of the best shows I’ve seen. Nothing felt forced or contrived. Brutally honest but with empathy and hope. The last five minutes was just perfect.

11yr old is doing a rugby training session because their opponents didn’t have enough players. Forfeiting is fine but bring the kids anyway and we’ll do a friendly with mixed teams It’s got to be dispiriting, the kids do the training, the adults have bought the gear and they get nothing for it.

Even if I did recall it correctly, well it wasn’t harassment, they just didn’t accommodate me and they need to go on an awareness course. So I’m still unsure as to whether to point they knew I was autistic, because the rules designed for me, benefit the people I’m raising a grievance against more.

I’ve had this in the past. Autism is a cognitive disability and we should be accommodated…right? No. It being a cognitive disability means I’m medically diagnosed as misunderstanding what happened and they weren’t bullying me. I’m diagnosed as misreading the room.

I’m starting a grievance process in work and one thing that never gets *really* discussed is how simply being autistic can fuck you over in the process. Yes there’s legislation to protect us, theoretically, but realistically, it makes it your fault.
