Definitely much better than it was a few years ago. Felt like every time I got to an EA charger, there was a Bolt parked on a 350 kW charger for 40 min+. I even asked an owner about it and was told "they charge my car faster." Sigh. I wish dealers gave some advice on charging.

As someone fighting to keep the LTHForum site afloat, 1000x this. The bot swarms are lethal and persistent. I mean, if these companies are so huge, why don't they just make a local copy of the data? The 100000s of times they download the same thing is STUNNING.

While I was struggling with protecting my mom's site from the bot swarm I kept asking everyone who is still in the industry how small sites who don't have a kid with a computer science degree survive and the answer was pretty much "they don't" and that's so grim

Prior to his first postseason outing, Burke notably laid out his personal stakes to the Chicago Sun-Times by saying, "This is my life. I don’t have family, no girl, no kids. This is all I do." In his second postseason outing last night, Burke certainly pitched like a man who did not have a family. (After the White Sox beat the Houston Astros in the Wild Card series, Burke clarified that he did, in fact, have a family, he just didn't have a family of his own. His declaration of familial ties was interrupted by Kay, who swooped in to grab the mic and shout, "We're celibate for Sean!") While the White Sox offense picked apart the Guardians' bullpen in the sixth inning, the team's own pitching held strong. Burke allowed one hit in 5.1 innings, threw 86 pitches, and after he was done, the Guardians still had to beat Grant Taylor.

White Sox beat the Guardians, 4-3 A three-run sixth keyed by a Braden Montgomery two-run double flipped the game. Sean Burke was brilliant in bulk. Grant Taylor pitched again. Sox are a win away from the ALCS.
