Let me tell you about 'Privatization'. In the 19th century EVERYTHING was Privatized and it was terrible. And in all of the history before that everything was Privatized. This is not a new idea, it is an old poison and it needs to be destroyed as it was in the early 1900s.

Doctors say that you should eat a balanced diet that includes whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. A guy who snorts cocaine off toilet seat seats and doesn’t wipe his ass says you should subsist entirely on sauerkraut and steak. For a busy eaters it can be hard to know who to trust.

This is more like it: Registration, seize non-compliant e-scooters, ban sale/supply to under 16s, extend bike to work. All it needs is to ban the sale of non-compliant e-scooters (over 20km/h). They're easy to buy atm. Otherwise every seized scooter will just be replaced by a new one. #spéirghorm

So, this is life. is it? A young Robin, sits on a blue-glazed planter where a previous bird called Roberto once perched, and contemplates the wonders of a front garden full of delights like peanuts and mealworms. #BirdOfTheDay #QuietReflection #Robin #ForJanet #photography #ECK
A juvenile Eurasian Robin, just beginning to get its distinctive rusty red chest and face plumage, perched on two slight legs on the edge of a blue glazed pottery planter. The little bird, with grey belly and light brown folded wings and tail, faces left, its small round black eye and stubby beak clearly defined. The background is blurred dark green in this mode.

A different sort of #painting for me. "Dirty Feet" was one of the paintings I did in the 2nd of my 3 annual 24-hour live video-stream painting events I did when I was online in that other place. This was one of my favourite ones that came out of that long 24 hours. #Art #SpéirGhorm #ArtYear
Landscape format in painterly acrylics on mat board. View of the soles of a child's two feet sticking out from under a blanket. The blanket is cream with spaced out maroon stripes running horizontally such that they undulate as the blanket rises over the legs falls again on the other side. The stripes alternate between a wide ribbon and a double narrow stripe. The surface the feet are resting on occupies the bottom half of the painting. It is wood, rendered in orange with slightly wavy wide painterly yellow lines and narrow blue lines, all parallel and showing the grain including swerving around a blue knot at the left edge. The feet are a peach colour including the part of the left shin that is visible, but mostly the soles, representing their dirt, are covered with green paint with some alizarin smudged in. Each toe is outlined in blue as is the whole shape of the rest of the foot. It is the same blue as the narrow blue lines of the wood grain running slightlu sloping left to right. I took this photo before adding my signature to the painting.
