I find myself going back to tv shows I love (bonus points for nostalgia) or video games. If I can’t do work and want to avoid doomscrolling, I try watch or play something I enjoy or that makes me feel good. I also try to treat myself and get some good snacks

Reminder for all TTRPG creators: DriveThru and itch suck, and while RPG Trader is a great initiative, you should ALWAYS have your own thing and redirect people to YOUR space first.
