You have way more control over the combat in Emerald Beyond than in Scarlet Grace, which is great. However, the story... exists, I guess. The delivery in Scarlet Grace wasn't great (and I didn't finish it to see if it gets better), but it feels more "solidly built" than in Emerald Beyond.

Finally bought SaGa: Emerald Beyond. Hopefully I'll have some time to play it later next week. I'm still playing Metaphor too, but that's so slow-going that I think it will take me some months to finish it. SaGa: EB is, supposedly, shorter, at least in some routes.

Felt something on my hand and, when I looked, a spider was trying to get inside my jacket. It's 15ºC tonight, so I think the little guy was searching for warmth lol So I went to the balcony, slowly removed the jacket, turned the arm part inside out, and shook it a bit. The spider came out intact.

Being a senior game translator is seeing words like "inn", "merchant", and "priest" and asking the team how we'll translate them, because each one of these has multiple translations and can easily lead to inconsistent terminology. New translators usually don't think about this.
