This ICE removal trip operated by Omni Air International just landed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Migrant passengers onboard have now been shackled at their wrists, ankles and waists for 40 hours. This is the second ICE removal to Cambodia in six weeks. The other one was also operated by Omni.
