The public interest in transparency and accountability is not what the government is seeking to serve with this atrocity. In other words, the government's aim does not have legitimacy and therefore does not comport with any human rights analysis a platform should conduct about hosting it.

Adi is right worry. But the justification, as she notes, is clearly wrong. The difference between the Penatgon livestreaming killing a man and videos of police shootings or Napalm Girl is that the former is a promotion of state violence while the latter are an indictment of it.

Who went through all the major platforms where the Pentagon might stream their barbaric firing squad "livestream" execution to see if it violated their policies? Me. I did it.

did bluesky hear about Miss Teen Indiana’s Garfield costume
A young woman in a Garfield inspired outfit with a Garfield headdressThe young woman from the first photo is holding a lasagna that says “lasagna my love language”missinteenusa Tonight, Indiana is going Garfield!
My state costume celebrates one of Indiana's most iconic creations-Garfield, created by fellow Hoosier Jim Davis.
Born in Marion and raised in Fairmount, Davis turned an orange cat with a big personality into a character recognized and loved around the world.
But this costume represents more than a famous Hoosier.
The hand-painted comic panels on my skirt share messages inspired by my initiative, Captivating Confidence:
"Our differences are what make us beautiful."
"If we don't have love, we have nothing."
"Outer beauty attracts, but inner beauty captivates."
To me, true confidence is found in embracing what makes each of us different and recognizing that our greatest beauty comes from within. I am so excited to bring a little Hoosier humor, creativity and confidence to the Miss Teen USA stage tonight!
This one-of-a-kind costume was inspired by my vision and brought to life by Indianapolis-based costume designer, Jess West. @jesswestcostumes

Worth teasing out that this is not just Meta agreeing to keep doing what it was already doing. Meta also agreed to "regularly evaluate the prevalence of Teen User exposure to Age Inappropriate Content ... and to take steps designed to reduce the frequency of such exposure over time"

LOL Meta's settlement with the AGs et al still uses content rules "inspired by movie ratings for ages 13+" even after the MPA told them to stop claiming to be "guided by" PG-13 ratings because it Meta "literally cannot" emulate MPA's human curation.
“Age Appropriate Experiences” refers to content that is appropriate for Teen Users based
on input from experts, parents, and teens. For the purposes of this Agreement, Age
Appropriate Experiences shall mean content captured in Meta’s applicable Ages 13+
content setting, which is tied to policies inspired by movie ratings for ages 13+ and parent
feedback.
“Meta’s attempts to restrict teen content literally cannot be ‘guided by’ or ‘aligned with’ the MPA’s PG-13 movie rating because Meta does not follow this curated process,” the association’s letter says. “Instead, Meta’s content restrictions appear to rely heavily on artificial intelligence or other automated technology measures.”
