25 years ago was my first day working at a Toronto museum. There was no TV and the commentary on the radio was fragmented and sounded delusional. My step-sister was in NY & we couldn’t contact her. I went home. My housemates were watching TV & as I walked in the first tower fell. It was horrifying.
