I had a mental breakdown a couple of months ago. I was prescribed good medication to aid my recovery, but by far the best treatment was laying my head on my cat, Mowgli, and listening to him purr.

South Africa has so many wonderful places to visit and explore. I was at The Baths hot springs outside of Citrusdal in the Western Cape this week - floating in a hot pool while cold rain falls is an exhilarating experience.
