Not that this will surprise anyone in the sector who is sentient, but the universities recruiting the highest proportion of disadvantaged students and the list of universities facing major financial crises, closing programmes and shedding staff displays rather a lot of overlap. Essential reading.

More than a decade after Imprisonment for Public Protection was abolished, 2,000 people remain under its shadow. Dr Sarah Markham makes the case for a resentencing review for every remaining IPP prisoner. Read here: www.centreformentalhealth.org.uk/resolving-an... #IPP #CriminalJustice #PrisonReform
More than a decade after the IPP sentence was abolished, around 2,000 people continue to live under its shadow. Some remain imprisoned years beyond the minimum term imposed by the courts, while others have been released but remain subject to indefinite licence conditions... This uncertainty is not simply frustrating; it can be psychologically damaging.

Hi, this is something that actually happened to me because I am a real life Mr Bean I guess
Page one of a 4 panel comic. First panel: The artist is exercising with a ring fit, jogging in place, a fan stationed on coffee table behind them. An empty soda can rests on the coffee table on it's side. Panel Two: we see the wind from the fan has began to roll the empty soda can towards the edge of the table. Panel three: The fan blows the soda can onto the floor. Panel four: the soda can rolls underneath the artists raised foot as they jog in place.
Page two, a three panel comic. Panel one: a large action panel where the artist is accidentally SLAMMING their foot down onto the soda can and screaming loudly in fear, shock and surprise because the crunch sound and sensation is so loud. The ring fit controller goes flying. Panel two: The artist has collapsed on the floor, their limbs drawn wavy, they are breathing heavy, eyes wide, trying to catch their breath. The crumpled can sits next to them on the floor. Panel three: The artist is now clutching their chest, still breathing heavy, wide eyes staring down at the crumpled can in disbelief.
