I’m sure by now you’ll have heard of the recent UK Supreme Court ruling with regards to the legal definition of a woman. Through the course of this, I would appreciate it if you could keep in mind the following analysis performed by Jess O’Thomson. They’re a wonderful writer and their article on the matter explains a lot of the issues that our community has been faced with and that the Supreme Court did not consider

The history of transgender people has always come into conflict with regressive ideologies and they are often among the first targets of it as a “symbol of degeneracy”.
