The idea that we shouldn’t speak ill of the dead seems ridiculous to me. What more important time is there to set the public memory of the good or bad a person has put into the world than when they die. It’s the gift we give to those we loved, and the bill due for those who made others miserable.

Informative review of the evolution of legal/political thinking on antitrust efforts in the U.S. Changed the way I look at the issue.
