Dynamic pricing is really weird to watch in action. Many different implementations - here’s my latest experience. I’ve been searching for an outdoor AP to extend our Wifi to the back of our block. We’ve recently put the TP Link X50 Deco units in and they have an outdoor one too.. 🧵

Helping the neighbour (plumber) out by sorting out his home network.. where I got him to run some UTP to fix a wireless dead spot issue (I supplied) and then terminated it and tested it.. Residential ethernet terminations aren’t really my thing even though I have the ticket..

Just put diesel in the ix35 and it cost $107 for 370km of travel. By way of comparison, partners EX2 (EV) has cost about $8.50 for 1100km of travel (because PV at home). Even paying 60c/kWh by just using fast chargers, this would be under $100.

Across multiple house moves I’ve managed to still hang onto some artifacts from September 12th/13th/14th 2001 in the form of newspapers of the day.. Keeping in mind the attacks happened when it was around 10:46pm in AEST in Australia and all the newspapers were printed the next day..
