From the kitchen of Juanita Boren, Garrett:
1 box white cake mix
1 package Instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup club soda water
one-half cup chopped nuts
Mix first five Ingredients together with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes; fold in nuts, pour in a greased and floured 10-inch tube or bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. (7-Up [or other lemon-lime soda] may be substituted for club soda water, others said.)
Impeachment Icing
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 and one-fourth cups cold milk
[If you don't have Dream Whip, substitute 2 cups (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped cream, and use just between 3/4 & 1 cup milk]
