Imagine sitting down with a white supremacist who just a few months ago said, "The defining fact of our lives is that whites around the world are being eliminated." Then, asking him absolutely nothing about his white power activism & slapping this quote on the thumbnail of your cozy interview.
Screenshot of NPR's YouTube thumbnail featuring a photo of the white supremacist Tucker Carlson: "I was caught in the partisan lie."

MA-06 voters, say NO to Koh.
SIXTH FIGURES: Dan Koh held a massive fundraising lead over the five other Democratic candidates running in the Sixth Congressional District heading into pre-primary crunch time, federal campaign filings published late last week showed. He’s also gotten more than $940,000 in help from a super PAC dubbed the New Leadership PAC.

But in case that’s not enough, he’s also getting an assist from another super PAC, this one funded largely by venture capital colossus Andreessen Horowitz and Greg Brockman, the president of OpenAI.

Think Big PAC, the Democratic arm of the pro-AI Leading the Future network, spent more than $600,000 late last week on mailers and TV and digital ads boosting Koh, FEC records show.

The PAC, according to its website, supports candidates who promote a “pro-innovation, pro-AI vision that ensures America remains the global leader in artificial intelligence.” The group recently helped sink the congressional campaign of New York Assemblymember Alex Bores, who authored a New York AI law imposing guardrails on the rapidly-evolving technology.

The outside support adds to what was already a massive money advantage for Koh, who ended the most recent reporting period with almost $2 million on hand, more than twice the next closest candidates, John Beccia (who had about $750,000) and state Representative Tram Nguyen (close to $189,000).

On top of that, both Koh and Beccia have since dumped some of their own cash into the race. Beccia loaned his campaign $1 million on Aug. 5, another $500,000 last week, and yet another $50,000 over the weekend, bringing the total he’s spent on his campaign to roughly $4.55 million. Koh gave his campaign $150,000 last Thursday.

I started a new book & spotted a familiar name. I have an even greater respect for Paul Osadebe after reading more about what he endured & sacrificed when he came forward as a HUD whistleblower. It was an honor to interview him earlier this year: www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqcR...
Photo of the book 'On Courage: How to be a Dissident in an Age of Fear'A photo of the book - Chapter 1 - "A Moral Collision - A Small Feeling and a Big Choice" - "On a crisp, bright day in February 2025, a mild-mannered civil rights lawyer named Paul Osadebe came to the terrible realization that a cornerstone of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy was not likely to survive.

The Fair Housing Act had passed the US House of Representatives in 1968, just seven days after an assassin's bullet ended King's life. The law barred landlords from advertising or renting to "Whites only" and made housing discrimination illegal for the first time in US history.

President Lyndon Baines Johnson has already signed the Civil Rights Act into law, guaranteeing equal treatment for Black Americans seeking a job, a meal, or a hotel room. Housing was the next frontier, a bid to redeem the "promissory note" of equal rights that King had invoked. Its passage, Johnson..." A screenshot of my interview with HUD whistleblower Paul OsadebePhoto of page 22 from the book: "...acute threat-people finding his parents' address, tracking them down, and harassing them.

But Osadebe was a civil rights attorney. He had committed his career to protecting vulnerable people against discrimination and exploitation. "I was able to go to a law school that used to be segregated. I am living in an apartment that would have been segregated in the past. I have been able to live the life that I've had because the civil rights movement made real gains," he says. "I just don't want to live in a country that doesn't have civil rights."

He cleared out his office so that there wouldn't be much to carry if he was eventually frog-marched out of the building.

And then he began to talk. He spoke to a local television station one day after the mass firing. The next day he gave his first live television interview to MSNBC.

Wearing an olive green sweater and holding his head still, the attorney told a national TV audience what he had seen at work. "We're losing the ability to protect people in their day-to-day lives," he warned. "Unless people take action and respond, we're going to be seeing a lot of pain."
