I am finally watching the Peter Dinklage Toxic Avenger movie. it somehow manages to feel like a tribute to Troma and a part of Troma. I love it. I found that smoking up about 25 min in worked great. YMMV

As a lifelong Sox fan partnered with a lifelong Cubs fan, anything I say after this gets me in trouble. I do not hate the Cubs. I was not raised like that. My dad did not care at all about the Cubs. The Cubs are my second favorite MLB team. I want them to win but I am not invested in them directly.

This is Maeve. She may be the sweetest, most good natured, most trusting dog I have ever met. She was abandoned in DC last week, and since I’m not able to adopt a dog now, I had to turn her over to the Brandywine Animal Shelter. I want to make sure this absolute delight of a dog finds a good home.

We got a free sample of "bone broth" for dogs. Do NOT give it to your dog. We poured it on her food a few times until it was gone and now she is sadly perplexed why we are not always pouring it on her food.

My 20 y.o. child got a ticket for speeding at 2:30 in the morning last night. Fine, that's on them. They got a ticket for no proof of insurance. Fine, easily resolved when we show proof. They got a third ticket for expired registration, which is utter bullshit.
