There is no justification for this reaction to a teenager politely asking a question. Especially given some of the shit I've seen adults pull at community meetings.

In a video provided The Sun by Stephen Malagodi of 350 Mass of Greater Lowell, the student is seen repeatedly raising her hand during the lengthy question-and-answer session.
“Everyone. Everyone,” the student said without the benefit of a microphone. “I understand that you said that was the last question, but I urge you to please listen to me.”
At the sound of her voice, the auditorium went completely quiet.
“You’re free to leave while I speak, but I am 14 years old,” she said. “I just graduated from Stoklosa Middle School. I am the future …”
At that point, her comments were drowned out by crowd reaction as a police officer took her arm and escorted her down the Butler Middle School auditorium stairs.
Before she was escorted from the auditorium, the student can be seen on video turning to face the audience with her hands over her head and saying, “I’m not hurting anyone. We just don’t want data centers”

The USSR was more democratic than NATO liberal democracies. The Soviet Union had a LIVING democracy, where working class people were elected as parliamentarians. One of the many tricks of white western capitalism was convincing people that the "highest form" of democracy is having multiple parties.

ICE lawyer: Some of the ICE agents who lean MAGA cannot wait for this administration to be done. I know the guys are tired. For the first time this month, I am hearing guys questioning what they're being asked to do. They've had a year now of people spitting on their feet and constantly calling them pigs and fascists, even when they're just standing there at the airport. It's having a real impact on people.
