Been one of those days. Trip to FLGS to buy spray primer & speed paint because I've run out. Unfortunately, so had they 😠 Went to DIY store to get superglue. They'd run out 😠 Ended up with a box of Emperor's Children & more pink paint. Because I didn't want the trip to be totally wasted, obviously.

My latest Stupid Idea: When you think Emperor's Children everyone seem to think 'sex', but gluttony is also a form of excess and is usually less fastidious. I combined Ogor, Lord Exultant & Ogryn parts, some had to be printed to fit the differing scales. #Nerdlings #warhammercommunity

Having procured some rather expensive enamel washes, watched a step-by-step guide on using them, and following all instructions to the letter, after the mini has dried it looks like I just dropped it in the mud and gave it a quick wipe. Into the paint stripper it goes 😩 #Nerdlings

The Sea Starts Here. I thought I was observant of the world around me but it was only today that I noticed the gully gratings round our way all have this logo on them. It’s part of a drive to clear up our waterways by discouraging litter which ends up in the sea when dropped in the street

Thought that this circular structure on the Firth of Forth must have been part of the WWII coastal defences hereabouts. There are enough remnants still evident. However, on checking it seems it was something to do with the nearby coal mine at Prestongrange, outside Musselburgh. #eastlothian
