Fun fact: "codswallop" doesn't have anything to do with codfish. The cod is a codpiece, the wallop is the accumulation of sweat and grime and funk inside it forming a gunky slop. It originally meant more like "that's absolute ballsweat squeezed from a rancid jockstrap, mate"

The Tranzac (Toronto) is one of the few places where there’s a good chance you’ll hear musicians you’d normally be paying upwards of $300 to see in someone’s band, at a PWYC show, playing their own stuff. We are so lucky to have the Tranzac.
