Something I think every artist can relate to, especially on a new job, is the feeling of being humbled by your own perceived skill level and overcoming it. When I broke into the animation industry the big battle of the time was that studios realized streaming was "new media" not covered by union contracts, and so if a production was destined for streaming they didn't have to pay union wages. Streaming has always been a grift.
