I know I'm preaching to the choir here and this isn't productive, and I should take a break from doomscrolling but it's hard not to feel like everything is so beyond cooked. I guess I'll just plan a wedding and yell at sports on TV and pretend like everything isn't on fire a little longer.

Did college radicalize me? If by "radicalize" you mean exposed me to POVs that differed from the homogenous bullshit of my conservative bubble hometown/upbringing then, yeah, it sure did. But if a worldview can crumble immediately upon meeting new people, then maybe it wasn't so great to begin with.

I was in third grade, so they didn't tell us what happened, although I specifically remember being told we couldn't have recess outside because there were "bees on the playground." Also remember half my classmates got called out by their parents and we were all SUPER confused.
