What's also really weird is like, the sense that you took a Wrong Decision somewhere in your career. The pervasive sense that if only you didn't turn down a dodgy opportunity, if you had betrayed your principles, if you had tolerated worse treatment, or been "savvier", etc... And its all bullshit.
