Just listened to the brilliant F1 history podcast “And Collossally That’s History” about the ‘08 Brazilian GP. It’s easy to forget just how incredible a season finale that was, and how gracious Felipe Massa was on the day. Plus Matt Bishop really conveyed the emotion at McLaren that day. Glorious!

I agree with you though that a lot of this is unrealistic and high voter expectations meeting a really hard situation for the government to deal with (which I think a lot of people also seem to be underestimating). Trump alone is a really massive problem for them.

My local Council has just announced that thanks to the best Government settlement they’ve had in years, they can reintroduce a free travel card for under 18s. Labour have been on the end of a load of newspaper criticism but this kind of thing goes unreported. Under the Tories, it was cut cut cut.
